Today I made researched about a balloon Racer.And I made a Google drawing and a photo of what I would like to make and a list of what I need for the balloon Racer.
This week we read a story called Tidy by Emily Gravett. This story was about Pete the Badger who always likes things to be neat and tidy.
For my activity I chose to make something that can pick up leaves. Here are some photos of it with my friend and I using it. It was successful.

Today we read a book called The smartest giant in Town by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler. I did a task where you had to make a bridge for the dog because there was mud in the way and he kept getting stuck so he needed a dry path. I made a bridge using sticks. I had to use supports to make sure the bridge didn’t fall over. Here is a picture of my bridge..

Kauri and I chose to do a bridge across a volcano.

First we drew the swirls and circles.
Then painted it also used some pastels.
With the pastels we did stripes in the circles and blue stripes on the background.
Then do patterns on the Eiffel tower then glue the Eiffel tower on to the background and your done.
I liked making the patterns on the Eiffel tower I would definitely do it again.
If I did it again I wouldn’t change anything because of how good it looks.
